Wonder-Wall decorative coatings

Wonder-Wall is a unique decorative coating technology developed by CB Aluminium System sp. z o. o. based on Polish and American technology.

Wonder-Wall decorative coatings are divided into Wonder-Wall Rust (rust), Wonder-Wall Green Patina (copper covered with green patina),

Wonder-Wall Blue Patina (bronze covered with blue patina).

Thanks to this unique technology, we can, for example, apply rust to aluminum window profiles (photo)

or green patina for composite cassettes (photo).

The technology of applying WW coatings involves applying multiple layers, each of which performs a different function.

- adhesive primer ensures proper adhesion to any type of substrate (aluminum, galvanized steel, fiber cement, etc.)

- pH primer helps ensure proper performance of the next coating

- liquid metal (iron, copper or bronze)

- an activator that reacts with the applied metal to produce rust or patina

- a blocker used to block the rusting or patinating process and to protect it

- clear varnish as additional protection of the coating against weather conditions and UV radiation.

Thanks to the processes (similar to natural ones) of rust and patina formation, we obtain a final effect so similar to real rust

and patina that often at first glance customers do not believe that it is just a coating.

Only after picking up a material, such as a wooden block, do they realize that it is not a bar of rusty iron but a piece of wood.
